CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of appointments within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time as well as “no shows” will be subject to a 100% charge of the appointment fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment fee. These fees are in place to both respect the practitioner’s time and to ensure that patients prioritize cancelling appointments more than 24 hours prior to their appointment, in order to provide enough notice for other patients on the waitlist.

CLINIC LOCATION & PARKING (NEW LOCATION)
Street parking is free on King Street, on either the same side as the clinic, or on the opposite side. There is also a large parking lot, in walkable distance, located behind the building at 348 Midland Ave (L4R 3K7).
It is also free and open 24 hours, and is best identifiable by the Rani Sa mural that is visible from the lot. If you prefer to park here, you would walk down either side of the building towards King street and you will see the clinic located between Mr. Sub and Emily’s Esthetics

UPCOMING FEE INCREASE
As of Nov 1st 2026, treatment pricing for regular acupuncture sessions will be slightly increased to $140 for 75 minutes, $120 for one hour and $105 for 45 minutes.
This is being done so to reflect the ongoing increase in costs of treatment supplies, insurance, and continuing education, all of which I invest in to ensure the highest standard of treatment quality. Thank you for your continued support!

Julia is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) located in Midland, ON. Julia’s journey with Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture began when she required physical rehabilitation and decided to try acupuncture, after she was not responding to other recommended therapies. It was through her own experiences and positive results that Julia discovered the transformative benefits of acupuncture, and it was at this point that she knew she needed to dedicate her life to sharing Traditional Chinese medicine with others. In 2022, she graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture from Georgian College, achieving honours with distinction in her program. Julia has also received her certification in Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture by the OCTCM, and is always looking to add to her current skill set with other courses and certifications.
Julia practices the modalities under the scope of Traditional Chinese medicine, and was trained with 500 supervised hours performing acupuncture, electroacupuncture, moxibustion, cupping therapy, gua sha, and tui na therapy. In practice, Julia ensures that through open communication and active listening, her patients feel heard and understood during their treatments. As a previous patient herself, Julia is passionate about providing an alternate form of healthcare to her patients, where they can feel comfortable, and that their concerns and needs are acknowledged and incorporated into their treatment. She believes that educating her patients, rather than just providing care, will empower them to become an active party in their own healing journey.
Julia is a fully insured and registered acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and is certified in Clean Needle Technique.
